Terms and Conditions
Postage: We recommend downloading maps to save additional postage and packaging costs but for customers who prefer to be receive hard copy or laminated versions, costs are as follows:
- Postage and packaging in the UK is free.
- For all overseas addresses, we will add £1.50.
Timings: We aim to post completed maps within 14 days, and jigsaws & mousemats within 21 days. We aim to upload requested new maps within 7 days of receipt of request, but usually much quicker than that.
Any customer with a specific urgent request is encouraged to contact RootsMap direct on +44 (0) 115 841 2844, who will make every effort to provide an immediate service.
Privacy Statement: RootsMap holds your personal details on file, but will not sell or give these to any other person or organisation. All credit card transactions are completed using PayPal payment system, to minimise fraudulent behaviour.
Refunds: Any customer who is not completely satisfied with their purchase is encouraged to contact RootsMap, who will make every effort to satisfy any complaint, including full refund or replacement product as required.
